Timeline

X-Travaganza is both a spectacular once-a-year dinner auction fundraiser and a year-round series of events, auctions and raffles. Collectively,   X-Travaganza raises funds to benefit the entire student body of St. Xavier High School, with proceeds supporting academics, athletics and student activities. There are many ways to become involved with X-Travaganza throughout the school year!

• September 2024 – January 2025
  • Donate a gift for the Silent or Live auction.
    • 2025 Wish List 
  • Click to shop on-line at Amazon to donate auction items.
    • Your gift will be shipped directly to St. Xavier when you select "St. Xavier High School Gift Registry" as the ship to address.
• November 27 – December 8, 2024
  • Support the Holiday Online Auction.
• January – March 2025
  • Purchase Grand Raffle tickets.
    Three (3) Cash prizes: $20,000, $10,000 and $5,000.
    Early Bird drawing in February for $1,000.

  • 5:30 p.m. Doors Open to X-Travaganza

  • 7 p.m. Welcome, Grand Raffle Drawing, Golden Ticket Drawing, Live Auction Begins.
