Placement Tests for math (mandatory) and world language (optional) take place on Saturday, March 30 beginning at 8 a.m. 


Online Course Requests for World Language and Fine Arts must be submitted in PowerSchool by Monday, March 25.


Bring Your Own Laptop (BYOL) Program: Attached to this email you will find a list of our required specifications for your son's computing needs. Additionally, you can always find that information on our website:

Cross Country:  


Freshman Soccer: Incoming Freshman interested in St. Xavier Soccer, please send parent contact information to St. Xavier soccer camp is being held June 3-7 at St. Xavier. Please see the attached camp flyer. 


Freshman Football:  Incoming Freshman interested in football should attend a parent only meeting on Tuesday, March 12 at 7 p.m. in the St. Xavier Theater.   


Band: Any student interested in being a part of the Bomber Band program should contact Dr. Jody Besse, the director of bands, for information regarding the marching band, the concert band, the jazz band, the percussion ensemble, and any of the band classes at, or at 513-761-7815 ext. 510.

Freshman Family Conference (FFC): Our Freshman Family Conference program is an opportunity to individually welcome each family to St. Xavier High School.  During this meeting your family will be introduced to the Jesuit charisms that make St. Xavier unique: Open to Growth, Intellectually Competent, Religious, Loving, and Committed to Doing Justice. Registration for these conferences opens on March 18 and more details on how to register is coming next week.


Parent Involvement


Mothers' Club Welcomes Class of 2023: The St. Xavier Mothers' Club cordially invites all incoming parents to attend a Freshman Welcome Party. Welcome Parties are an excellent way to meet other incoming parents, ask questions and connect to the St. X community.  Parties are hosted in a small group setting where Mothers' Club Board Members share information and tips to help make a smooth transition into high school.  Both mothers and fathers are invited to attend this adult only event. Mothers' Club would also like to invite incoming freshmen parents to the Mothers' Club Day of Recollection on Ash Wednesday.  Click here for more information. There is no charge for incoming parents.


Opening Party is held the night before X-Travaganza (St. Xavier's annual fundraiser) each year as a fun, casual way to kick off X-Travaganza weekend. Registration includes Lenten appetizers, drinks, incredible basket raffles, silent auction, a rousing performance by the St. X Drumline and much more! Incoming freshmen parents are invited to attend X-Travaganza's Opening Party on Friday, March 8 from 7 - 10 p.m. as our guest.  Incoming freshman parents receive TWO complimentary admissions for Friday evening.

We would like you to get involved at St Xavier High School. The spirit shop is looking for volunteers for the 2019-2020 school year! We are looking for volunteers to commit to working every other week (@twice a month) during the school year for 4 hour shifts, either morning or afternoon.
