Walker Advances in Overture Awards

Congratulations to junior Ihsan Walker who has advanced in the Cincinnati Overture Awards.  Walker was one of 110 vocalists to participate in the competition at the Aronoff Center, downtown Cincinnati.

Walker was named one of 20 to advance to the next round in this extremely competitive event.  Vocalists will compete on Saturday, January 17 to be named one of four to continue in the competition.

Singing has become a passion for Walker who has been featured at the Cincinnati Reds and will sing at the Dragonfly Foundation fundraiser on February 14.
