This summer we will be asking all incoming freshmen to complete an online course in Canvas, our learning management system. The goal of this course is to help your son become better acclimated to the software and technology he will use on a daily basis. Our hope is that with practice over the summer, he will feel confident using technology as the school year begins. The course- called "Bombers 2023" - is organized around a series of modules (or units). Completion of this course is required and your son's performance in this course will transfer to an English 1 quiz grade during the first quarter. The course will be open from Monday June 3 until Friday August 23. Click here for the information on the course.
Your son will access the course using the St. Xavier user ID and password that he created during the math placement test in March. If your son does not remember his credentials, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.

I know many of you are trying to organize carpools, drop-offs, pick-ups, etc. for all the St. Xavier summer events. To help with this, I have provided instructions for accessing the Parent Directory. To do so, first, sign into the Parent Portal on stxavier.org.
On the left of the page, under "Useful Links", you will find a direct link to the directory. Click this link to view the directory.
The Parent Directory is a searchable directory of all CURRENT parents at St. Xavier. The directory is password protected behind our Parent Portal to ensure privacy. This list is not distributed publicly in any way.
Please note, you may opt out of having your contact information listed in this directory.
You may either request to be removed by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org directly, or you can remove yourself via your Parent Portal account settings. Once signed in, click on the "Profile" link in the upper left. A pop up box will appear, with the "Profile" tab selected. The very first option on this page is a checkbox stating "Hide this entire listing in the online directory…" Simply un-check this box, scroll down, and click the green "Update Profile" button.
