Student Services

Student Services houses a dedicated liaison to Boys Hope, a residential education program in Cincinnati. Our liaison works closely with their staff to support Boys Hope students enrolled at St. Xavier.

Student Services works closely with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati CISE program to support CISE students enrolled at St. Xavier. CISE supports 10 inner-city Catholic elementary schools located in low income neighborhoods.

The Student Services Office coordinates donations of the following things in order to support all students by meeting their individual needs:

• Gently used books, especially mandatory reading materials (novels, summer reading requirements, etc.)
• School supplies that are still useable and in good shape (notebooks, note cards, writing utensils, art supplies, binders, etc.)
• Gently used spirit wear, belts, and ties
• Gently used backpacks
• Kroger gift cards
• Amazon gift cards
• Amazon Wish List

Student Services works in partnership with all St. Xavier departments to assist with financial aid needs for various programming.  To contribute financially, donations can be made through Rosemary’s Fund.

In partnership with the College Advising Office, the NeXt Steps program provides supports and resources to St. Xavier students who are first generation college bound.
