Alumni Parent's Club
The Alumni Parent's Club welcomes current members and all parents whose son(s) graduated from St. X and who have not yet joined us, especially the Class of 2024!
The Alumni Parent's Club is a social organization of mothers who love St. Xavier High School and enjoyed their sons' years at St. Xavier High School and the relationships we developed there. Our mission is to perpetuate those friendships and our connection to the school.
Athletic Boosters
The Athletic Boosters provide financial and volunteer assistance to St. X sports teams. Your membership helps Athletic Boosters provide the best opportunities and equipment for our student athletes and their coaches.
The Boosters support over 85% of the students participating in 17 sports, five fall sports, five winter sports, and seven spring sports. The Boosters support 12 OHSAA sports, five club sports. This is a total of 49 teams on all levels: 13 teams in the fall, 16 in the winter, and 20 in the spring. The Boosters also support intramural sports. The Boosters are parent liaisons representing each sport, Booster Board Officers, and members at large. The Boosters are not involved in pay to play; the cost of Booster Membership is significantly lower than the benefits Boosters provide to St. X athletes. And the Boosters are not biased towards any particular sport; last year ALL sports, both interscholastic and club, received Booster funds.
The Boosters generate funds through Booster Memberships, the Hall of Fame Dinner, the Sports Programs, concession net proceeds, and Split-the-Pot. Items funded by the Boosters include uniforms and equipment, chairs for basketball and volleyball, an upgraded weight room floor, drop down nets for golf and baseball, touch pads for the pool, wrestling mats, benches and cooler stands for tennis, and a pole vault pit.
You can support St. X sports by selling sports program ads, making sports specific donations, and purchasing a Booster Membership!
Mothers' Club
The Mothers' Club is a service organization dedicated to supporting activities that enhance our sons' high school experience while providing social and spiritual gatherings to foster families' growth within the St. X community. Parents are encouraged to participate in as many activities as possible to become acquainted socially with other parents, faculty, administration and the school premises. There are many volunteer opportunities.
No dues are charged for St. Xavier Mothers' Club membership. All parents and guardians of St. X boys are granted automatic membership. Mothers' Club strives to foster a strong sense of community at St. X. Please consider getting involved while your son is at St. X. We would love your help! In fact, many of the events at St. X cannot take place without volunteers. In addition to Mothers' Club events, there are also opportunities to volunteer in the Spirit Shop, in the classroom, and to help with student ID pictures. We strongly suggest that all parents interested in volunteering at St. X sign up before the start of school, so that you are sure to be signed up for the specific activities you prefer.
Because the Mothers' Club has no membership dues, Mothers' Club relies entirely upon fundraising. Any financial donation to St. Xavier Mothers' Club is greatly appreciated and directly benefits the students and faculty of St. X. Find out more in our Parent Portal, or contact the Mothers' Club directly at mothersclub@stxavier.org.
Music Boosters
Music Boosters is a fun parent volunteer organization that supports the band, choir, and string ensembles through fund raising and participation. Music Booster funds have assisted in lowering the cost of student fees on music trips and have been used to purchase supplies needed for musical performances. Music Booster volunteers have served as chaperones on the music trips, managed ticket sales, organized senior receptions, and more. Your participation in this organization is a great way to support the many St. X students who perform in a musical ensembles and to get to know several other parents interested in supporting the arts at St. X. For more information please contact Mark Russell at RussellMA@fhlbcin.com.
Parents Across Cultures (PAC)
Parents Across Cultures organization provides leadership and support for creating an environment at St. Xavier High School which includes and values all cultures. We celebrate diversity, and work towards unity. There are a number of parent, student, and family activities we organize throughout the year.
The Mission of PAC
Our mission is to create a school culture that:
- Strives to identify, enroll and retain more students of culturally diverse backgrounds;
- Supports multicultural student growth and development;
- Supports partnership among parents, faculty, staff and the St. Xavier administration;
- Challenges our students to achieve academic and spiritual growth; and
- Prepares all students to live and work effectively in a diverse society.
PAC Membership
As PAC was initially established as a support network for the families of minority students, all of these families are automatically included on our distribution lists. There is no application process and no membership dues are required.
However, PAC also has as its mission outreach and impact in the broader St. Xavier community. Therefore we invite anyone supportive of the mission of PAC to contact us via wmiller@stxavier.org to be added to our distribution list and to engage in any PAC activities we organize throughout the year.

Parent Classroom Volunteers
Parent Classroom Volunteers stand in while teachers chaperone retreats or attend professional meetings. Volunteers provide direction for students for structured work during class periods.
