This summer, some students, connected through our Career ConnXions program, took a summer course at Great Oaks to gain a clinical certification as Certified Nursing Assistants.  

Joe Ritter ’27 had this to say:  "Personally, this program is very helpful because it allows me to get a head start on clinical hours for med school….It is a great introduction to working in healthcare and despite some difficulty with homework and how much time the course took, it was worth it!  We learned about how to do personal care, vitals, and learned to assist in activities of daily living. The program is definitely a big milestone for many of us..."
