Athletic Trainer
St. X Physicals will be held on Wednesday June 2nd with registration in the intramural gym lobby. Cost is $10 (which goes directly to St. X) and checks can be made payable to St. Xavier High School. This is not mandatory, but all student-athletes are required to have an OHSAA physical on file (valid 1 year from the date performed), and the physical form can be downloaded here Student Physical Participation Form. This is a service done by our sports medicine staff and Wellington Orthopedics for St. X families to take the burden of getting an appointment with your doctor out of the way. If you have any questions regarding Physicals, feel free to contact Mike Gordon anytime at mgordon@stxavier.org
We ask that all non-Football players show up at 6:00 PM, and Football players show up at 7:00 PM to disperse the traffic flow.
