One of the goals of St. Xavier High School and one of the reasons for the Loyola Club is the desire to admit any academically qualified young man regardless of the economic strength of the student's family. The Loyola Club matches a donors passion for directly assisting young men who need some extra economic support to attend St. X.
Loyola Club donors make a real impact on a student's years at St. Xavier with gifts ranging from $2,000 to the equivalent of a full tuition each year for four years. This year more than 40% of our young men receive tuition assistance to attend St. Xavier. That means for the 2016-17 school year 595 young men will receive need-based financial assistance. (This does not include the gap between actual cost of educating each student and what is actually charged in tuition.) This year in direct tuition assistance St. X will need to fund more than $3.9 Million. More importantly your membership in the Loyola Club puts you in direct contact with a young man for four years and you will see first hand your investment at work.
How you can help? Sponsor a student!
- $13,320 sponsors a St. X student receiving 100% tuition assistance.
- $6,660 sponsors a student for 1/2 of the school year
- $3,330 sponsors a student receiving 25% tuition assistance
- $2,000 bridges the gap between what tuition costs and what is charged in tuition.
How can I give to the Loyola Club on behalf of a St. X student?
