St. Xavier High School students, faculty and staff gathered along with parents and members of the St. X Mothers' and Women's Clubs to celebrate Mass and for the blessing and distribution of ashes. Paul O' Connor, S.J. presided.
The basketball Bombers swept Elder at all three levels and are riding a 3 game winning streak heading into the OHSAA basketball tournament.
Coach Alan Runkel and the St. Xavier Bombers won the 2012 Sectional Championship. The district tournament is February 24. Good luck Bombers!
More than 500 St. Xavier alumni and friends helped usher in the St. Xavier Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2012 that included Jason Basil ('97) Jayme Cramer ('01) Shawn Rockey ('94) and Dr. Rob Heidt Jr. ('69).
